March 27th.
John Lubinski vs Wade Rogers in a heavyweight battle for the ages.
They will be racing each other for 26.2 miles (a marathon) from St. Joe to Potomac. We will be posting details later...but this is Armstrong vs Potomac. Our goal is to raise money for our students and continue to give them the best possible physical education experience daily - and have some competitive fun in the process. So stay tuned in how you can help and have some fun with us.
Yes, this is crazy...but so are they.
**PGS5K UPDATE**
The date has once again changed for the first ever PGS5K!
We will now have the 5K Walk/Run/Race on Friday morning (11/20).
Start times:
9:00am - 4th/6th grades
9:05am - 7th/8th grades
9:30am - 5th grade (delayed start due to DARE)
There will be designated areas for family members hoping to watch their student run, however masks and social distancing are required.
We ask any family members that plan on attending to be parked and in place by no later than 8:50am since both parking lots are a part of the 5K course.

PGS Parents/Guardians: We are forever grateful for how supportive you have been during this transition to remote learning for 2 weeks. We couldn't have done it without you. You have held your kids accountable and we have had great attendance on our live meetings. Two days down, 5 more to go! Reminder there is "no school" on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11. It is Veterans Day. If you need anything, do not hesitate to reach out to Ms. Freeman.
Device pick-up (for those who filled out the survey or kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 5th) will be tomorrow from 4pm-6pm. Please follow the car rider drop off and pick up route. We will be at the doors that students enter in the morning, not the gym doors.
All sports contact days are on hold until further notice. 🏀🏐

Pre-k still had their Halloween party but a little distanced. We played bingo, ate treats, made paper candy corn, and played pumpkin walk.
PGS Families - As you are aware, COVID cases are popping up in our community, as well as Vermilion County. Please keep this in mind as you celebrate Halloween this weekend. Remember to practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands! Stay Safe!
